Milchwerke Mittelelbe, or Elb-Milch for short, has belonged to the KRÜGER GROUP since 1991. Together we see ourselves as a strategic and flexible partner for our customers and we constantly work towards finding pioneering solutions to technical challenges. For many years, we have stood for the highest quality, continuous innovation and reliability. As part of an internationally successful family-owned company, at our Stendal site we produce high-quality products such as infant nutrition, milk powder, coffee whiteners and various sweeteners as well as milk and water-based liquid products.

Our philosophy

The raw materials are processed under pharmaceutical-like conditions and products are manufactured for the four business segments Ready to Drink, Ready-to-use Powders, Infant Nutrition and Milk & Specialty Dairy Powders.

Long-term supply contracts with maximum transparency ensure that our customers are extremely competitive. We implement projects systematically with our expertise, the appropriate technologies and our flexible focus on the requirements of customers and consumers.

We constantly strive to improve ourselves, our technologies, existing products and new developments. Targeted investments secure the future viability of the company.
